Jill O’Leary has always enjoyed entertaining...a cozy evening at home for two, or a party for 100 in her home, with a live band! She’s been known for her one-of-a-kind, over-the-top parties! Jill loves sharing her expertise, whether it be teaching a private class or making a gorgeous charcuterie board or box for others to enjoy.
Jill is a graduate, with distinction, of the London Le Cordon Bleu. After graduation, she spent 15 years as a personal chef and caterer in Santa Barbara, California, cooking in numerous private homes and for several Hollywood celebrities. In 2008, she moved to Fort Worth, Texas, to work as a private chef for a local oil family. Later, in 2012, she opened her catering company and counted, among her clients, the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra, the Cliburn, Fort Worth Opera, Fort Worth Chamber Music Society, and numerous private functions in Fort Worth homes.
Relying on her many years of experience as a caterer and her world-class culinary training, Jill is an expert in creating beautiful, one-of-a-kind charcuterie boards, boxes and tablescapes.
